Our experience in the development and manufacturing of private label probiotic products is our distinctive advantage. Our team specializes in probiotic manufacturing using the highest quality concentrates and custom blends. We understand that each client is different and provide an abundance of packaging options to meet your specific needs including: capsules, sachets, pastes/gels, water dispersible powders, feed additives, and many other animal and human nutrition supplements. Our process is completely in-house and includes product inspection through the Quality Assurance department to insure all products meet ProbioFerm’s standards, as well as our customer’s standards.

CAPUSEL Manufacturing

Product may be designed in several capsule formats including clear, colored, veggie, acid protective, or imprinted capsules. Bulk or bottled finished products.

POWDER Manufacturing

Flexible dosing options for single or multiple strain formulations. Customized blends in jars, sachets, stickpacks and mylar pouches.

GEL / PASTE Manufacturing

An industry leader in customized Gel and Paste formulations for Pet Supplements.

LABORATORY

To provide our customers with quality products, we maintain an in-house quality control laboratory and a highly skilled team of quality control microbiologists. Our stringent quality control system monitors for purity, strength, and identity throughout the manufacturing process.

GMP Standards

Our quality system is modeled after the ISO 9001 standard, is cGMP compliant and meets CFR 21 Part 111 requirements. ProbioFerm is registered and audited by both the FDA and State of Iowa Department of Health. ProbioFerm is a certified Safe Feed/Safe Food facility and holds a 3rd party Good Manufacturing Practices certification.
